Terms of Service (EULA)

By downloading or using the HUNGER. application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. The App is licensed, not sold, to you by Open World Tech Inc.

2. Medical Disclaimer

HUNGER. provides AI-generated estimates for nutritional tracking and general fitness information. This App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes, starting a fitness regimen, or making medical decisions.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

HUNGER. offers premium subscriptions ("Pro" and "Max" tiers) that unlock advanced AI features and insights. By subscribing, you agree to the following billing terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

4. User Conduct and Account Suspension

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. Open World Tech Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in any behavior that disrupts the service or harms other users.

5. Standard Apple End User License Agreement

Your use of the App is also governed by the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Open World Tech Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
